Retail Lead Job Description
The ideal Retail Lead candidate will be experienced and dependable. They will be comfortable interacting with customers as well as providing adminstrative support. We are looking for self-starters who take pride in their work and workplace.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide prompt and friendly customer service
Be knowledgeable about products to provide information and answer questions
Conduct sales transactions at register
Keep store, displays, and inventory clean, attractive and organized
Assist with merchandise receiving, stocking, and inventory management
Assist with social media and marketing efforts
Additional duties as assigned
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Maintain regular and prompt attendance
Qualifications
A commitment to excellence and strong work ethic
High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
